How many hours do I get the unit for?

The rental price of all the inflatable bounce houses or game units is for any amount of time up to 10 hours. (That’s 6 hours longer than most of our competitors!) **Bubble Soccer rental is priced by the hour.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes!! We carry the highest level of insurance for everyone’s safety and peace of mind!

Do you offer the option for customers to pick up and bring back the units instead of having them delivered?

We do not have this option as we want to ensure that the inflatable gets setup and staked down correctly so we do not have any “fly away” bounce houses! The safety of the kids is our top priority and we’ve seen (on the news) too many times where bounce houses have blown away due to improper staking. It’s not worth the risk to us. Also, by us setting up and tearing down, we can be sure the units get cleaned after each and every rental!

Do you offer discounts for multiple unit rentals?

Yes, we do! The more units you rent, the bigger discount we will give! We also offer package deals you can view under “Packages” or we can create your own package if you don’t see one that is right for you! We regularly put together school and corporate packages for end of school parties, after proms, and homecomings and would be happy to do so for your event!

Do the prices online include delivery, setup and tear down?

If the event location is in Omaha (including Bellevue, Ralston, Papillion, LaVista, & Elkhorn to name a few), then delivery, setup and tear down are already included in the price. If you are outside of Omaha, we have the best delivery prices in town, so give us a call and we can get you a quote!

Is it okay if the inflatable gets wet?

If you did not order and pay for an inflatable with water, then the unit can not get wet at all. We do have some inflatables that are okay to have water on, but are also rented as dry units. If you rent it as a dry unit and it gets wet at all, we will have to charge a cleaning fee of ($100-$300 extra depending on the unit). This is because units that get wet have to be taken back to our warehouse to be setup again so it can dry completely. (This includes putting a hose on the unit, dumping water, or even allowing wet kids to get in/on the unit.

Do you require a deposit?

We do require a minimum deposit of 50% down in order to hold the unit for you. By putting a deposit down, we are insuring that you will receive the unit of your choice for the date of your choice and we are telling other customers that this unit is unavailable and has already been booked.

How far in advance do you recommend we book for our party?

This is completely up to you. The sooner you can book, the better chance you have of getting the unit you desire for the date and time that fits your needs. About 75% of our customers book 3 weeks or more in advance, but if you decide last minute that you’d like to rent something for the next day, we usually can still get something loaded on the truck for you! (It’s never too late to book, we just might not have the exact unit you would like… but we have over 35 units to choose from, so we are more than likely going to have something available that the kids will love!)

What information will you need from me to get my event booked?

We would just need to know what unit(s) you are interested in renting and the following information:

  • Billing Address
  • Event Address (If different)
  • Best number to reach you at on the day of the event
  • Time you would like us to set up and tear down
  • Surface we will be setting the inflatable(s) up on (grass or concrete)
  • Type of event (Birthday, Going away party, corporate event, graduation, after prom, etc.)
